Who I am

Social Systems Designer, Curator, Magician.

I spent years as a magician before I designed Web3 software and organizations.

I use that same lens on technology — my studio Deep Work helped originate many of the DeFi UX patterns you now see everywhere.

I also believe that our best work comes from a healthy life with a perspective on long-term thinking. I bring that energy to the teams and experts I work with.

01

Lead with the impossible

Open with the one moment that makes them ask "wait — how?"

02

Direct attention

Control what people notice, and when. Align everyone on the one thing that matters.

03

Make the complex effortless

Hide the machinery. The user feels capable — the technology never shows off.

04

Design for memory

Build the experience to be felt years later, not just used once.

05

Shift what feels possible

Leave people believing something new is within reach.

06

Expand on human nature

Use technology to extend what people already are — not replace it.

In their words

My friends unlock new stages of growth.

The end result was amazing. Can't wait to release all of it.

Collin Myers — CEO & Founder, Obol

Things were changing so rapidly, an objective audit was really important. We have a lot more clarity now, and can deduce the most important actionable tasks.

Angelo Alessio — CEO, Build.cities

The framework, probing questions, and facilitation drove it to a great outcome — plus key insights that emerged organically through the discussion.

Kishore Bhatia — CTO, LeapFrogger

Without the session we wouldn't really know where the team stood after we funded them. It gave my points the right weight in everyone's thinking.

Pierre Laurent — GP, Atka

I'm able to make part of my vision a reality while feeling held and confident along the way.

Cat — Founder, Wisdom Commons

With a decentralised team, the structure and alignment during workshops is invaluable.

Derek Rickert — Director of Growth, BlockSwap

Let's talk.
