Experience design

Magical spaces to bring out the best in entrepreneurs, founders, and their teams.

From ninety-minute workshops to two-week residencies — designed so people leave connected, unblocked, and building what makes an impact.

The problem no one names

The industry calls it founder failure. It isn't.

Most builders aren't short on talent. They have a sharp vision for a better world, a great team, and a huge market. But the insatiable ambition bites back — burnout, obsession over AI implementation, deep technical rabbit holes. The product stays unfinished; the future, uncertain.

Meanwhile the clock runs: runways shorten, skills fade, and authoritarian technologies quietly narrow our freedom to build alternatives.

It's not a character flaw. It's biology, neurology, and environment at once — and all three can be addressed, fast.

What I do

I design the environment. The founders create the magic.

I create spaces that facilitate creativity and human connection, give people a direction toward work that carries their meaning, and use technology to compress the distance between idea and shipped experiment. What comes out are decentralized systems that support a network-stage economy — built by people who stay sovereign in the process.

01

Connection first

Creativity and collaboration don't happen randomly. Every format is designed to create trust and elicit positive energy that collaboration runs on.

02

Direction towards impact

Participants build what moves the needle for real users. User research and testing are baked into the process, so impact is measured rather than assumed.

03

Technology as an accelerator

AI and collaborative tooling speed up the path from conversation to prototype, so a sessions end with tangible outcomes, not just discussion.

04

Body and mind included

Peak output stands on a physical floor: nutrition, sleep, movement, recovery. Personalised protocols that create lasting change.

05

Sovereignty preserved

I gravitate toward special economic zones and spaces that protect autonomy. Environments where real experimentation is possible, with privacy built in.

06

Progress made visible

Change is measured — psychological development and product output alike. Our frameworks from neuroscience and product management make progress legible to participants, funders, and collaborators.

Three formats.

01 / Workshops

Up to 90 minutes

Online or offline

A focused, high-energy session that builds collaborative momentum toward new projects, new spaces, and new experiments. Concrete actionable steps when the session ends.

02 / One-day experiences

One day

In person

A designed social experience — a meaningful day structured for real connection rather than networking, and remembered long after it ends.

03 / Two-week residencies

Two weeks

Residential · Small cohort

A small cohort of entrepreneurs, founders, and their teams at a similar stage, working the full protocol. Body, mind, product. Residents leave unblocked and shipping, with better health, real momentum, and a private network of peers who get it. Every resident is tested before and after: biomarkers, cognitive performance, and output on the thing they're building.

Longevity & biotech

Biology is part of the build.

I blend experience design with my work in data, longevity, and biotech. In residency settings, participants who choose to can work with compounds and protocols — peptides as a performance accelerator and guided psychedelic work — to make the most of their time and themselves.

Let's design it.

If you want an experience that leaves people connected, unblocked, and building, I'd love to hear what you're planning.
